my favourite quote by shigeru miyamoto:

What if you walk along and everything that you see is more than what you see -- the person in the T-shirt and slacks is a warrior, the space that appears empty is a secret door to an alternate world? What if, on a crowded street, you look up and see something appear that should not, given what we know, be there? You either shake your head and dismiss it or you accept that there is much more to the world than we think. Perhaps it really is a doorway to another place. If you choose to go inside you might find many unexpected things.

I think I give up on buying systems. You get one then next thing you know they made another system to where you can play backwards compatiable with the system you just bought not to long ago.

I thought N64 truly sucked ass. The only games I have on there is Tetris Sphere and Mario 64, and I think Banjo Kazooie.

Hmm...PS1 is ok...I only bought the final fantasy series and my favorite game of all on the PS1: Breath of Fire 4.

PS2, is pretty cool, I got a few games on there mostly square games. But I got Dance Revolution and Jak And Daxter 1. But the systems don't last long. Of what I heard this was Sonny's plan. I guess to make more money because they thought if the people liked the system. They make where they don't last long and you the "buyer" have to buy a new one.

(This is what I heard from my friends)

So I don't know if I'm going to get a PS3 or not. But I might get one if they bring out Manga Carta and Kingdom Hearts 2 on it. And other square games.

Revolution looks pretty cool, don't know if I'm going to get it or not.
So it all depends on what happens.

And I doubt no one is going to read this all lol.

they had alot of good games on N64.

Starfox rocked them all though.

It seems you just didn't play enough of the games, there were so many good ones.

Computer games are good. But instead of having to buy the latest system. You have to pay for the latest video card or crap like that.

And i hate it when they charge you for online play.

Graphics cards last for quite awhile, and if you wait a bit you can usually get them cheaper than a console. A computer is undoubtedly more expensive cumulatively, but it's also a very versatile tool that has many uses besides just gaming. Also, consoles only outmatch a computer in graphical power for a little while after they first come out, while the available computer hardware climbs past them rapidly.

Plus, I guess I prefer the keyboard and mouse.

Doesn't Xbox Live essentially do that?

I would play computer games.....if I liked FPS or RTS or MMORPG or Simulation games. But they just aren't my thang, ya know?

I think all the consoles do. However, I guess Nintendo is fixin' to change that with the Revolution, as they've said they'll offer free online play. 'Course, you still have to have broadband... >:[ Damn, Super Smash Bros. Online would have been downright heavenly for me, but now I have no incentive to buy it(or the Revolution....yet).

Xbox does that, but i hate Xbox. I think PS2 you just buy the modem thing then it's free.

I'm not saying i'm against computer games. I was hooked on Counter Strike for the past year, longer than any other game.
