i know. i mean to change it but i haven't found a good replacement.

but yeah. it's fun and easy exercise. i've heard there are schools in california planning to include it as part of their PE classes.

obesity is a growing (har) problem in the US. so if you can get people to enjoy exercise at a young age using video games, so be it. whatever works.

anyway, you kids can't possibly go outside and play baseball these days. gosh. you'd get skin cancer.

terra's pointed something out. there is a bit of conflict of interest in the USA.

"Get outside! Exercise!"
"No, I'll get skin cancer!"

"We found the cure for cancer!"
"What about the cure for overpopulation?"

We're just morons.

We had a Dance Dance Revolution unit in my PE class. But when you've got two pads and 50 kids, it isn't quite as entertaining as it sounds..

they should get four or five machines (yes, arcade cabinets) to keep everyone busy. besides, softies SUCK. in all formats. i don't care if they have a piece of foam in between them, they just all SUCK.

I can't wait until the game finally comes out for GCN this fall. I love playing it in the arcades. Plus it's great exercise. I can't dance for shit; but I can play this game no sweat. Weird; huh?
