Welp, I got that PC I mentioned in my OP. I must say, the most annoying thing about getting a new pc/reformatting is forgetting about all of those little programs that made your life so much easier...then having to reinstall them after you forgot you can't do the most simple, basic stuff you used to do before!!!
Oh yeah, haven't seen my gpu get above 76 even after gaming for hours. Friggin' sweet.
