my interest in video games has died down over the last 2 years. for years i was a hardcore nintendo fundamentalist. but now i really don't care. i still do side with nintendo now and then.

anyways, i love my classics. Golden Eye 007 and Perfect Dark. it doesn't get any better than those. i love proving to my brother that i can kick his ass with style. hahahahaha!! but man. he (and my little brother) can kick my ass. lots of times. as a result, i have taken out my anger on my controller.

yes. a piece of tape is holding my trigger button. and my controller stick is totally messed up. sometimes it locks up so i can barely move in on direction. yeah i need anger management classes and a new N64 controller.

My parents forbid video games when I was growing up, so I never got into consoles. Computers were fair game, however (ololol pun) and I evolved into a PC gamer. Favorites follow.

Half-Life 2
Freelancer
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Oni (At least they got the combat right)
Knights of the Old Republic
Fallout games
Tribes 2
Alien vs. Predator 2 holds a special place in my heart. This game is one of THE core games at every LAN party I attend, providing one of the best multiplayer experiences I have ever had. I'd take it over UT or Counterstrike any day.

I used to be a Macintosh user (and I'm proud of it, and miss it terribly). I was an avid player of Bungie Software's pre-Microsoft games on my Macintosh, including the two Myth games. Most of my fond memories are of the Marathon trilogy, though. Best games I have ever played, ever.

I was also rather taken with the Escape Velocity trilogy.

My favorite computer game franchise ever. Nothing beats the first, but Durandal and Infinity had their moments.

jedipunk, the goldeneye/perfect dark legacy is still alive!

it's just under the name "timesplitters."

look into 'em... they're GREAT games, especially in the multiplayer department.

Frog blast the vent core!

I actually thought Marathon 2 was the best of the three (though Infinity wins the level complexity contest).
