 Re: RPGs
The Japan release of Chrono Trigger can be played in either Japanese or in English. :O Add to that the addition of the PS rerelease cutscenes, brand new bonus dungeon, a wireless competitive feature, and all new, easy-to-use touch screen setup, and you have a fucking awesome way to bring back my favorite game ever. So glad I bought this.

 Re: RPGs
I've always really enjoyed the Suikoden games (Suikoden 2 in particular) and they're releasing the next installment on ds which should be pretty cool. I wish it was 2d though. They really need to port the first two games to psp or something because they are to fucking expensive.

My mom's not letting me get it. She wants it to be a Christmas present.

I'll make it an early present. I heard that next week it will be 20$ on cirtcuit city. I'll have to look that up again.

I heard that Suikoden 1 and 2 are available on the PSP in Japan in 2006. Sales numbers were low though. I'm guessing that's why Konami wasn't so eager to release it here in the states. I was looking forward to it too.

 Re: RPGs
Convinced my friend to play Star Ocean.
He went out and bought the one for PSP which I wasn't aware of. It seems pretty cool; he enjoys it.

I really like star ocean 2. I'm probably going to get the psp port of the original soon.

 Re: RPGs
Star Ocean 2 was a truly awesome RPG. That and Wild ARMs (the first one) remain integral parts of my PlayStation memories.

 Re: RPGs
Yeah, I was all about wild arms back in the day. I only really liked the first one though. 2d is where it's at most of the time. Square usually nails the 3d.
