Does it seem redundant to anyone else that the movie is titled "Ninja Assassin"? :dizzy:

I can't wait for the inevitable sequels "Ninja Spy"and "Ninja Saboteur".

I'm sure it's a cool action flick, though. :) There's bound to be something in there that movie fans will enjoy... Take for example 2002's Ghost Ship. As a horror/thriller the critical reviews were fairly mediocre-negative, but most can agree that the shocking opening sequence was unexpected and well executed. (gore warning)

Yes, I will judge a book by its cover- the title alone makes me think it's going to be bad. But as long as it has good fight scenes, that's good enough for me to see it.

Seriously, it's a movie about a ninja who kills ninjas, starring Rain.
How can this movie be any worse than everything Jackie Chan has ever made ( save Forbidden Kingdom because Jet Li was also in that movie).
Which leads me to: why isn't there a thread for Jet Li films? I know I'm not the only fan.

So I assume you only like movies with attractive young actors? Jackie Chan is a genius. :hmph:
