It's on of adult swims better drawned up shows then the other ones. Even so, it's just meh.
I've seen it a few times and still don't consider it a worth watching series.

Season 3 opener =  I would love to see someone do a live-action take on this show. It'd flop, no doubt, but it'd still be sweet. |

I consider Venture Bros. To be one of the best animations around (Japanese or American). It really pulls out the comedies well, and the story is plausible and hilarious at the same time. Season 3's first episode was pretty damn good. Lack of Brock Samson makes me sad, but he'll probably show up some more. Anyways, retracing the Monarch's past with Dr. Girlfriend was HILARIOUS. Not only were the Guild making complete fools out of themselves, but the flashbacks themselves provided hilarious insight to the pasts of Dr. G, the Monarch, AND that with the invisible limbs (can't ever remember his names). I've been a fan since season 1, and I think it's been getting better with time. |

I haven't watched Adult Swim in forever. I love Venture Bros, I can't believe it's up to season three already. (It seems to have gone by quickly for me  )

Okay, so I finally got caught up. I re-watched the first season and finally saw all of S2 and S3 with only the last few episodes of S4 left to go. I really find this show to be absolutely fantastic. I'll probably spring for the DVD sets eventually. Skool and I are constantly geeking out about how great Venture Bros is, anyone else fired up about the season finale this weekend? |
