Though this is a rather silly argument, I think most people would agree that there is a rather significant difference. It's more like mexican "gangsta" slang versus ghetto talk in new york city. It's the same language, but the context, word usage, and sound is totally different.

i know what utsu means with the australian/english thing because doing the accent of one usually leads to the other
but i highly doubt scottish and pirate have any dialectic similarities. its all good though.
