I could eat an entire bowl of it and be satisfied. But I respect your opinion, because I can definitely see where you're coming from, and I must have weird taste. I would often buy extra containers of white rice from Chinese restaurants, although I like their pork fried rices equally as much.

in the chinese places near here they'd use the long grain rice for fried rice (obviously) and if you wanted plain rice you'd get the sticky kind. Personally I wouldn't be able to just eat plain long grain rice. Sticky rice all the way, mainly because I grew up with it.

My brother and I went to this Thai restaurant in Los Angeles, he got some yellow curry chicken and rice, delicious.

I love Thai food.
Just go with something simple if you've never had it before, because if you try something extravagant, you may end up with a dish that is a pretty foreign taste.

I haven't watched all of champloo yet and I plan too whenever i get the time to do so.
So far I like the story. It does have that cowboy bebop feeling, but that's expected from the artist.
Music is awsome, I'm not much for rap, but I think the opening rocks.
edit: What's wrong buying 3 disks sets, I do it all the time lol. Pay about 30 bucks...it's the best way to go if your out collecting anime.
