Re: What movies have you watched recently? Watched the first hour or so of Lincoln (long story short had to leave halfway through), but I really enjoyed it and I didn't think I was going to. Daniel Day Lewis was VERY solid as Lincoln, quite impressive. I definitely want to catch it again before it leaves theaters.
I'm still waiting on the Collection to come to a theater near me, the Collector was pretty sweet in my book.

Re: What movies have you watched recently? I saw Mama in theaters yesterday. I love horror movies, and this one had a few decent scares. Overall it was a sack of shit, though. The plot was full of cliches, the pacing was terrible and the ending was one of those sappy bittersweet type endings that I'd expect from a Guillermo del Toro film. Re: What movies have you watched recently? The Perks of Being a Wallflower adaptation was excellent. Watched Lawless with my dad a couple weeks ago, pretty entertaining. Those are the only two standouts from the last couple months or so. Aside from that I've been watching a hell of a lot of Mystery Science Theater 3000. It's a little unsettling. I'm finding myself doing the Robot Roll Call when I'm just zoning out playing Super Hexagon or the like. Love MST3K.

I love Blue Velvet. David Lynch is super interesting, but he's best when he doesn't veer *too* far off into dream world.
