so when you post here...you're ALWAYS hopped up on drowsy cough medicine? cause, I mean....these kind of comments and mistakes really aren't out of the ordinary for you, man. Gotta be honest with you.
I don't usualy do that. I was going to post the Batman movie but was forgetting and it was already 4am and had to go to sleep. So I just posted it with ou t re-reading. So it was a mistake and didn't noticed it until I checked why there was so much hate <.<
Metal, I too am looking forward to the new Batman movie. In fact, I took in Gotham Knight a few days back in anticipation. As someone who grew up on Batman: The Animated Series, seeing Batman drawn in such a variety of unique ways was very, very strange. Pretty sweet animation, though.
I actually grew up watching lots of batman as well. My favorite batman movie was the one with the penguin. It was weird but the action was AWESOME!

Danny DeVito as The Penguin was also very, very strange, but in a different, and somewhat creepier, way.

He made a good penguin nonetheless. With the black cat being a part of the movie. The whole movie was just one of the best. It was sad when he died and the other penguins took him to the sewers water.

Oh this is a thread about porn? I heard there is a porn movie called "Fucking Asshole" and thats hilarious! I misspell (k)night very often because chess knights (that stupid donkey who moves from a corner of a domino piece 6 to the opposite corner) are referred as "N" because K is for the King. On topic: Joker looks awesome.
On topic: Joker looks awesome.
On the other hand, I don't recall Jack Nicholson's performance, but I too am eager to see how Mr. Ledger (RIP) fares. I honestly haven't caught any of his movies, but I'll be sure to see him off with open-minded enthusiasm for his final role. Heck, with Christopher Nolan directing, I know I'll be suitably impressed.

Re: The Dark Knight (the batman movie, not "the dark night" porn
Well I saw it last night and I must say that The Dark Knight is the greatest superhero movie ever created, and one of the greatest movies ever created. Heath Ledger did superbly and in every scene the Joker was in, there was a lot of tension. This movie wasn't as much about batman as it was about the Joker. Oh, and Harvey Dent played a huge role in this movie and one can only be saddened over his change.

I just got back from seeing it, it was definitely a good performance by Ledger.
SPOILERS:

(Ok not exactly...) I wonder what they'll do now, the ending wasn't exactly open ended per say so I wonder if they'll follow up with a new villain or leave it as is.

I liked it a lot. The Joker was quite disturbing.

i also liked the interrogation scene, when the batman is kicking the joker's ass and the joker just laughs.
also, the magic trick was awesome.

Yep, definitely one of the best movies I've seen in a long time, and Heath Ledger did an amazing job with the Joker.

I had a conversation with my brother about which movie was better, the original batman with michael keaton or the dark knight. He said the dark knight. I can't say so much myself because I haven't watched the damn thing but I'm pretty stoked about going home to watch it.

Batman Begins was much better - just not marketed as well.
Edit: And the "Batman voice" just seemed to stick out as ridiculous in TDK.

Re: The Dark Knight (the batman movie, not "the dark night" porn
I hate to admit it, because I love Christopher Nolan, but I feel like it definitely could have been tightened up directing wise. The prestige was mesmerizing to me, but this could have been cleaned up a little bit. heath ledger was brilliant in his part, but the story wasn't as climatic as I would have hoped. his movies usually end on some brilliant twist, but this one seemed to fizzle a bit as he brought the movie to an end. I'm starting to think he really should have ended it before the ferry scene.
