What? Bullshit, I want to see it. Possibly tomorrow.

Plus, that brief Raphael chuckle in that one commercial reminds me of that Sonic 360 laugh picture, so delightfully creepy. :)

Also, I was talking to someone about TMNT and going to see it and he was like, "Yeah, but I saw the originals man, I grew up with the original cartoon, this most likely won't compare." All I could think of was, "Dude, me too, we're the same age." Spiky goose. Some people can be so pretentious an unnecessary, amirite?

Ok I'll watch provided there aren't too many fucking people in the theatre.

I really liked the original TMNT. Then the new one came and what a piece of shit it turned out to be.

It's funny, I can't really remember the first Turtles movie too much. And I loved three, I don't know, it just seemed adorable to go back in time and try to explain that they have some random blacksmith rebuild the scepter to travel back. lolwut. Three also had Feudal Japanese guys hanging out with Casey and learning to play hockey. Two had TONKA AND RAZAR. <3 All I remember from the first one was mostly dark and brooding scenes, the foot clan skatepark with the Shredder speech, and some other sparse things I can barely recall. I really should watch it again, I bet the reason I didn't like as much was because I was a kid and didn't get that style of movie.

TMNT has gotten pretty mixed reviews. about a C- average. So it may not be a beast of a movie, but I still would like to see it. It looks like they totally dicked with April's appearence, she looks really crazy and exaggerated now. Also, the voice actor for Splinter died July 21, with Splinter being his last role. GOOD NIGHT, SWEET PRINCE. :(

The music in the old movie of TMNT,the part where the turtles were partying sounded like the one in the PeeWee movie where he was at this bar with a bunch of bikers. That's one part I remember. :? :eh:

Just saw it, it could've been better, but it was pretty fun. I'd say 7/10 at the very most.

Thankfully April only wore that yellow stretchy ninja suit near the end. "A little something I picked up on my last trip to Japan." Should've stayed there, would've been better suited as yummy moth food.

Raph vs Leo confrontation was great. A few jokes fall flat, but I did laugh with Mike a few times. Aside from R vs. L and the climax, there were a few neat sequences. Mike's Sewer Skating session and Leo's return to New York from the airplane were pimp. I appreciated the length of the setup, I just wish the movie itself was longer than an hour and a half, it just gets to the end and bam, it's over. I'm looking forward to a sequel, though, Karai is awesome, possibly she can revive Shredder somehow and they can dine on turtle soup together as a family. While the villians of this one were pretty cool looking, they weren't really given any kind of personality at all. Granted, they didn't have a lot of screentime, but when they did, they were under utilized. Also, somewhat anticlimactic ending, because they were all defeated at once, which is kinda lame. They should've all been defeated in different ways, making each defeat more interesting. Again, 20 more minutes could've done so much for this film.

The next one will be promising if they increase the length to at least 1:50, that's plenty of time to fit in plenty of great action sequences with the turtles vs. the foot clan, Karai and Shredder, or any other new original villian.

I loled when Karai was crammed in the back of the Turtlemobile with a couple foot soldiers. Karai is
