I agree, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, haha. What did everyone else think? Something I always found interesting in the series was the really accurately detailed use of brand-name models, i.e. the Rickenbacker, Vespa. Here in the new one the '57 Chevy Bel Air stood out to me -- my great grandfather left that car in our family after he passed (although his wasn't a two-door convertible like in the show, haha). I wonder what is behind the choice --or if they just used whatever they thought was cool.

So Rickenbacker 4001 (I think he just liked that one?), Vespa (Tsurumaki owns the Vespa we see in the ED), canned drinks (he drinks a lot of canned drinks), and The Pillows (he's a Pillows fan) all come under that.
