I actually liked Die Another Day because it was so over-the-top bonkers. Tomorrow Never Dies and TWINE are the weaker Brosnan films, though they weren't terrible. It was funny how they both ended on boats! TND gets a leg up because of that fantastic parking garage escape sequence, and even though the villain was kinda lame, there were a lot of cool moments, like when Bond and Wai Lin were handcuffed to each other and had to escape in the city and slide the motorcycle under the helicopter propellers. AWESOME.
TWINE had Denise Richards... yeah, she was useless. There was a really sad thing about TWINE, when Q descends in his final scene, then he dies in real life a couple weeks after the movie opened.
Elektra was a cool villian, but Renard was a pile, and the whole film seemed rather dull. The game was great, though. It was a blue N64 cartridge.
I can't believe how the critics are fellating CR, I mean come on. They all keep saying "he's darker," but in actuality he's just brasher and inexperienced, minus gadgets and car chases. Daniel Craig did a fine job portraying this version of Bond, I just wish the movie had a lot more to it than just playing poker for 45 minutes and a see-it-coming-miles-away ending. If it could have kept the energy of the Free Runner sequence and the airport, it would have been great. Seriously, no reviewers have a dissenting opinion? HOW?
Man, that ending sucked. Vesper was insanely boring, too.
