 nana since someone asked about my avatar... ;p
it's originally a manga, now a movie and an anime currently airing in japan, about two girls named nana who move to tokyo. one is a boy-crazy, naive girl from a small town who has some growing up to do, and the other is a singer for a punk band hoping to make it big.
the anime looks pretty good so far. the movie i didn't like so much partly because the songs for the bands were pretty meh.
