Welp, Supercar being one of the best bands of all time, it's long overdue for me to contribute some translations for them.

Full disclosure, some of the phrasing for Supercar is hella hard, Ishiwatari is a god-tier lyricist who writes serious poetry. Any translation attempt I make will fall vastly short of doing his words justice, especially since his lyricism is much more "Japanese" than something like what Sawao writes. I apologize in advance for shitty translation work here.

First up is Fairway. This song is about music being the thing that gives meaning to a boring life by giving strength, and the fear that someday even that special treasure will lose its shine. It's about how if that were to happen, there would be nothing to live for.
