Ha, I translated that a few months ago when i first saw this thread and noticed you didn't seem to be getting around to it, but I couldn't figure out what "OEPPA" meant either, and I've never gotten around to figuring it out. Maybe someday it will pop into my head when there's a Japanese person about so i can ask 'em....
